Overcoming Anxiety 40 Years Ago
I was 12 years old and afraid of life. I didn’t know why; I just knew that I was scared. After school, I’d sit by the phone and try not to call my mom at work, but fear would take over. I'd call, knowing that she couldn’t come home; but hoping she would. After several of these episodes, my mom, a recent Silva graduate, enrolled me in Silva Mind Control (now the Silva Method). After learning and practicing the meditations, tools and techniques my life was changed. I was no longer ruled by fear. I felt empowered and in control of my life and still do.
I've used the Silva meditations and techniques successfully throughout my life for stress management, testing taking through high school and college, accelerated learning, manifesting large sums of money, winning bids on houses and accessing intuition when making decisions. I'm grateful for creating a life of abundance, but helping people has always been a passion of mine.

I've been successfully practicing the Silva Method meditations for 40 years now. I've always had a passion for helping people, whether it was as a financial advisor guiding clients towards a comfortable retirement or coaching people how to adopt a plant based lifestyle to reclaim their health. Now, I'm a Certified Silva Method Instructor in the San Fransisco Bay Area (Livermore). I teach the empowering meditations I learned so long ago and continue to use successfully. I'm excited about teaching you the Silva Method tools and techniques so that you can access the brilliance inside of you and manifest a life you love to live.
