Silva Life System
Silva Life System (SLS) is the foundation of the Silva Method. You'll learn how to consciously access the alpha and theta brain frequencies, mind-body connection, personal improvement meditations and step-by-step how to manifest your deepest desires. On days 1 and 2 we will focus on self-improvement and practical life enhancement techniques to manifest a life of ease and flow.
It is required to begin with Silva Life Systems if you are new to The Silva Method.
Silva Intuition System
For days 3 and 4 we focus on the development of intuition, inspiration, creativity, living a purpose driven life, healing techniques and spiritual development, as well as advanced manifestation tools. The Silva Intuition System is the heart and soul of the Silva Method.
